Clark's Junk Removal & Demolition started with one truck and a simple frustration: most of the haulers out there were either too big to care about a Saturday-afternoon couch pickup, or too small to handle a serious demolition job when one came up. Nobody was doing both, well, at a fair price, for the people who actually live and work on the South Coast.

So we built that company. We added trucks as the work came in. We added crew members who care about how a house looks when they leave it, not just whether it's empty. We added equipment for the harder jobs — piano dollies, fiberglass-cutting saws, dumpsters for the multi-day projects. And we kept the answer-the-phone-yourself, give-a-real-quote part the same.

Today, Clark's is the closest licensed and insured junk and demolition crew to a lot of Aquidneck Island, the East Bay, the South Coast of Massachusetts, and a big chunk of Greater Providence. We run multiple trucks, multiple crews, and we take same-day jobs as the default rather than the exception.

We're still a family business. The name's on the truck because it has to mean something. If a job ever goes wrong — and a few do, in any service business — you call the number on the truck and you'll get someone who can fix it the same day.
