Most contractors love when the debris haul is somebody else's problem. We work alongside remodel crews, GCs, and DIY homeowners to clear out the stuff a finish carpenter doesn't want to deal with — torn-out cabinets, ripped-up subfloor, demo'd vanities, drywall scraps, and old trim.

If you'd rather have a dumpster, we do that too (see our dumpster rentals). But a lot of remodels generate one heavy load that's not worth a week-long bin, and that's the sweet spot for our trucks.

What's included

  • Loading from inside the structure — we don't need it pre-piled

  • Proper disposal at C&D transfer stations
  • Metal sorted for scrap when possible

Reviews for construction debris removal

Absolute perfection. I needed some construction debris and soil removed. Coleman answered my email request within minutes, and said he could be at my home on the next business day. Everything was removed and cleaned up perfectly, all for a very reasonable price. Going to put Clark on speed dial.

FAQ

Frequently asked: construction debris removal

  • We can't take asbestos — that requires a licensed abatement contractor. For lead paint, we can usually take material that's intact (like old painted trim or doors) but we won't take peeling debris or anything that's been scraped. When in doubt, call and we'll talk it through.
