Between the obvious big stuff (a house, a barn) and the obviously small stuff (a fence, a shed), there's a category of structure that's awkward for everyone. Most demolition companies are too big to bother. Most haulers don't do structural work. That's where we live.

Pool houses, detached one-car garages, freestanding gazebos, carports, old playhouses big enough for adults, single-story outbuildings — we take them down, haul them out, and grade the site. Permitting and Dig Safe are part of the job.
